1. Who We Are

The App is owned and operated by Kevkin Innovations LLP. For any privacy-related questions, requests, or concerns, you may contact us at:

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three broad categories: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information generated through the App's AI features.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Data TypeDescriptionPurpose
Photos / Images Photos of your garden, yard, plants, or outdoor space that you capture with your camera or select from your photo library. To generate AI-powered garden design visualizations, plant identification, and care recommendations.
Text Prompts & Preferences Style choices, design prompts, plant names, and other text you enter to customize a design or care plan. To personalize AI-generated garden designs and plant care content.
Plant Care Data Names of plants you add, watering/fertilizing schedules, and reminder preferences you set. To provide personalized plant care reminders and tracking within the App.
Purchase Information Subscription plan selected and transaction status (processed via Apple's App Store and RevenueCat). To activate and manage premium/subscription features.
Support Communications Information you provide when you email us for support, such as your email address and message content. To respond to and resolve your inquiry.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Data TypeDescriptionPurpose
Device Information Device model, operating system version, unique device/advertising identifiers (IDFA), language, and time zone. App functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, and ad personalization (where permitted).
Usage & Analytics Data Screens viewed, features used, session length, button taps, funnel/conversion events, and app performance metrics, collected via Firebase Analytics. To understand how the App is used, fix bugs, and improve features.
Crash & Diagnostic Data Crash logs and error reports. To diagnose and fix technical issues.
Approximate Location (Time Zone Only) We request "When In Use" location access solely to determine your local time zone so plant care reminders fire at the correct local time. We do not collect, store, or transmit your precise GPS coordinates to our servers. Accurate scheduling of local plant care notifications.
Advertising Data Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) collected by Google AdMob and its advertising partners, subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice. To display and measure the effectiveness of in-app advertisements.

2.3 AI-Generated Content & Processing Data

When you use the App's AI garden design, plant identification, or care-plan features, the photo and/or text you submit is sent securely to our backend and, where necessary, to third-party AI image and vision-processing providers in order to generate your result (e.g., a redesigned garden image, plant identification, or a care plan).

User-submitted photos and prompts are not retained by us or our AI processing partners after the result has been generated, except where you choose to save the generated design to your account or device, or where retention is required for a limited time for abuse and fraud prevention. Uploaded garden/plant photos are not used for facial recognition or biometric identification, and the App does not knowingly collect photos containing identifiable human faces for any profiling purpose.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
