This Privacy Policy explains how Kevkin Innovations LLP ("Kevkin Innovations", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our mobile application AI Home Decor & Design Planner (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the App.
We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, phone number, or physical address to use the App. We do not collect precise GPS location data. We do not access your contacts, microphone, calendar, or health data.
The core function of the App is to let you visualize garden, exterior, and interior design changes using artificial intelligence. Here is exactly how your photos are handled:
We use the information described above to:
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
| Processing Activity | Legal Basis |
|---|---|
| Processing your photos to generate AI design output | Performance of a contract / your explicit consent |
| Device identifier for trial/credit management | Legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service integrity) |
| Analytics (Firebase Analytics) | Legitimate interest / consent, where required |
| Personalized advertising | Consent (obtained via in-app consent prompt) |
| Subscription and purchase processing | Performance of a contract |
| Legal compliance | Legal obligation |
We work with the following categories of third-party service providers, who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers, each governed by their own privacy policies:
| Provider / Category | Purpose | Data Involved |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Analytics) | App usage analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring | Device data, usage events, app version |
| Google AdMob | Displaying banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, and app-open advertisements | Advertising identifier (with consent), device data, ad interaction data |
| Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) | Collecting and managing GDPR/consent choices for advertising | Consent status, region |
| RevenueCat | Managing subscription entitlements and purchase validation | App Store transaction ID, purchase/subscription status, anonymized user ID |
| Apple App Store / StoreKit | Processing in-app purchases and subscriptions | Payment handled entirely by Apple; we never receive your card details |
| AI image-generation providers (via our backend proxy) | Generating garden/interior/exterior design results, style transfer, object replacement, and image cleanup | Uploaded photos, text prompts |
| Our backend hosting infrastructure | Operating App features, storing trial/credit data, routing AI requests | Device identifier, images (temporarily), usage logs |
We do not permit these third parties to use your data for their own independent marketing purposes except where you have separately and explicitly consented (e.g., personalized advertising via AdMob).
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier and app usage, or non-personalized (contextual) if you decline tracking or consent.
In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, the App will request your permission via the system-level prompt before accessing your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or otherwise tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You may grant or deny this permission at any time, and may change your choice later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device. Declining tracking will not prevent you from using the App; you will simply receive non-personalized ads.
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and yearly plans) to unlock premium features and remove advertisements. All payments are processed directly by Apple through your App Store account; Kevkin Innovations LLP does not collect or store your payment card information. We use RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and synchronize your subscription entitlement across your devices, using an anonymized identifier tied to your purchase transaction — not your personal identity.
Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests must be handled directly through your Apple ID account settings, in accordance with Apple's App Store terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
| Data Type | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Uploaded photos / AI-generated images (server-side) | Deleted automatically within a limited processing window after generation is delivered (typically within 30 days), unless required for troubleshooting an active support ticket |
| Device identifier / trial-credit data | Retained for the lifetime of app usage on that device to enforce free-tier limits, or until you request deletion |
| Analytics data (Firebase) | Retained per Google Firebase's default retention settings (typically up to 14 months), in aggregated/anonymized form thereafter |
| Subscription/purchase records | Retained as required for financial, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations |
| Support communications | Retained for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for quality purposes |
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted request signing for device-authenticated API calls, access controls on our backend infrastructure, and secure storage practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
You can exercise most of these rights directly from your device:
To request access to, deletion of, or correction of any information we hold about you, including any images processed on our servers, email us at contact@kevkin.com. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically within 30 days).
Kevkin Innovations LLP and our third-party service providers may process and store information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers (Google, Apple, RevenueCat, and AI processing partners) operate data centers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection during such transfers.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@kevkin.com.
If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), to:
To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@kevkin.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, in addition to the rights listed in Section 12, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal data violates applicable law.
Some browsers and mobile operating systems include a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to such signals, our App does not currently respond differently when it detects a Do Not Track signal. We instead honor the ATT and UMP consent mechanisms described above.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us:
